Act Globally:
Rooted in Place, Connected to the World
The challenges we face today—climate change, social justice, and global cooperation—demand bold action, visionary collaboration, and transformative experiences.
At United Earth Networks, we believe that large-scale events have the power to unite people, bridge cultures, and ignite meaningful change.
For decades, UEN has been at the forefront of global event production, media, and strategic consulting, shaping world-changing experiences that resonate far beyond the stage. From the first-ever live people-to-people satellite "Space-Bridge" between the U.S. and the former Soviet Union to the historic Live Aid concert and the White House Conference on Global Climate Change, our work has helped connect nations, amplify urgent messages, and create lasting impact.
Impact That
Transcends
Time & Place
Our global events don’t just entertain or inform—they reshape history.
The First U.S.-Soviet "Space-Bridge"
Conceived and produced by Richard Lukens for the US Festival, sponsored by Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, this was the first live interactive TV broadcast between the U.S. and the Soviet Union. It is credited as a key turning point in Cold War diplomacy, watched by nearly 200 million people in the Soviet Union alone.
Gorbachev claimed that space-bridges were a key to the changes that occurred in the USSR in the late-80s because they changed not only the images of Americans, but self-images for the nearly 200 million people who watched them in the Soviet Union.

San Francisco’s Union Square
Cambodia Day Festival
The primary objective of Cambodia Day is to foster a greater understanding and appreciation for the vibrant culture of Cambodia among the residents of San Francisco and the broader California Bay Area. By supporting Water Buffalo Pictures in organizing this festival, UEN aims to help create an event in San Francisco’s Union Square, where the Cambodian community can come together in celebration, showcasing their cultural heritage and strengthening community ties. This annual event promises to be a highlight of the Cambodian community in the Bay Area for years to come.
Business Development Consulting with the
Cambodia Ministry of Education
To ensure the Morodok Techo National Stadium’s long-term success, Water Buffalo Pictures and UEN will consult with the Cambodia Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport in the development of a comprehensive business model for the stadium’s effective management in the future. This business model will involve strategic planning, financial forecasting, and revenue generation strategies. Working closely with the Ministry, our team will provide vital insights and guidance to promote sustainable operations and maximize the venue's potential as major special events center with a significant revenue stream. Our proposal also aims to provide a comprehensive plan for managing future events at the stadium, introducing the venue to international concert and event promoters, and establishing a model for its successful on-going management by the Ministry of Education.
Live at Angkor Wat
Siem Reap Music Festival
United Earth Networks is partnering with Water Buffalo Pictures to develop The Siem Reap Music Festival, a captivating two-day event that will be held at the iconic Angkor Wat UNESCO World Heritage Site in Cambodia. Our festival aims to revive the Golden era of music in Cambodia by featuring top international artists on the main stage while giving a platform to showcase new and emerging talents on our secondary stage. Partnering closely with the Ministry of Tourism, UEN envisions the Siem Reap Music Festival as an annual premier destination event in Southeast Asia. By hosting this festival at the historic Angkor Wat, we aim to draw attention to the rich cultural heritage of Cambodia and attract tourists from all around the world.
